Our sympathy goes out to Jared Kolles, who plays Denny in "Life Could Be A Dream" and is part of our DPRCA family, for the loss of his brother Randy Kolles. The Kolles family has been to many of our show (Randy included) and had become a part of our family. We mourn with Jared and the Kolles family. The funeral is scheduled for Wednesday July 2nd so we will be canceling our shows July 1, 2, and 3. We will conclude "Life Could Be A Dream" July 4th at 2:30, July 5th at 7:30 and July 6th at 2:30. There are still seats remaining for these performances.
Sh-Boom! Take another trip to Springfield and meet the Crooning Crabcakes, the boys banned from the Wonderettes’ prom, as they prepare to enter the Big Whopper Radio contest and realize their dreams of making it to the big time! Trouble comes in the form of Lois, who arrives to put some polish on the boys. Denny and Wally fall in love, Eugene falls apart, and along comes handsome heartthrob Skip to send the whole situation spinning. The '60s doo-wop songs say it all: "Fools Fall in Love," "Tears on My Pillow," "Runaround Sue," "Earth Angel," "Stay," "Unchained Melody," "Lonely Teardrops," and "The Glory of Love." Winner of the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Best Musical Award, Life Could Be a Dream will leave you laughing, singing, and cheering—let’s hear it for the boys!
